These Terms & Conditions govern use of the AutoSphere by The Hawks website and the enquiry services it provides.
1. Enquiries only. Vehicle order requests, pre-order requests and service requests submitted through this website are enquiries. Submission of a request does not constitute an online purchase, a confirmed vehicle order, or a confirmed service appointment. AutoSphere staff will contact you to confirm availability, pricing and next steps.
2. Pricing. Vehicle prices are shown in USD and MVR and are inclusive of 8% GST unless stated otherwise. Service package prices exclude GST and the oil filter. All prices are indicative and subject to change without notice; the price confirmed by AutoSphere at the time of sale prevails.
3. Availability. Vehicles listed as In Stock or Pre-Owned are subject to prior sale. Pre-Order vehicles are not held in inventory and delivery timelines will be confirmed on request.
4. Installment information. Any installment or financing figures displayed are for information only, are indicative, and are subject to the approval and terms of the relevant finance partner.
5. Content. Vehicle images and specifications are provided for guidance. Actual specifications may vary by market and batch; please confirm details with the showroom.
6. Liability. AutoSphere by The Hawks and The Hawks Pvt Ltd accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on information published on this website.
7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
